The Morton County Fair Association offers building & grounds rental for auctions, livestock shows, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, family reunions, parties, meetings and all other building rental needs along with inside cold winter storage for campers, boats, machinery, etc.

Please contact Mary Doll @ (701) 220-4714 or complete the rental agreement.  All rentals will require a $200.00 cleaning/damage deposit due at time of receiving keys.

All online agreement submittals will be sent an invoice payable immediately.  Rentals will not be reserved and confirmed until invoices are paid in full.

Kitchen Only: $75.00/Day

Meeting Room w/Kitchen: $150.00/Day

Buildings: $100.00/day per building

     Horse Barn, West Dairy Barn, Beef Barn, West Hoop Barn, East Hoop Barn, Entertainment Building

Shower Rooms: $75.00/Day

Campsites w/Electric: $15.00/Day per campsite - Not available during winter months

Metal Folding Chairs:  $75.00/Day

Folding Tables: $75.00/Day​​
